why doesn't quicken download consistently... it downloads some transactions but not all.

quicken for mac is not downloading transactions consistently. Sometimes it does and sometimes it doesn't download deposits. What am I doing wrong?

And which connection type? You can check at the top of the account's settings. I see that BB&T supports both Quicken Connect and Direct Connect. If you are using QC and can switch to DC without BBT charging you a monthly fee, you should do that. It will be a better more reliable connection.

If that doesn't solve it, I'd suggest contacting Quicken Support, as they are the only ones who can examine your logs to see what's going on. Click Help at the top of this page to contact support.
