Cannot install latest upgrade. Any ideas please?!

Error 1722, installPDFdriver did not finish as expected. Updating from 2016 deluxe on a windows 8.1 machine. online chat had me run qcleanUI.

Are you installing Quicken into the (recommended) default Program Files folder or some different folder? If installing to a different folder ... that may contribute to the problem.

When done, try reinstalling only the PDF driver portion: 
https://www.quicken.com/support/not-able-print-pdf-windows-64-bit-systems
