Cannot install latest upgrade. Any ideas please?!

According to

Please follow the instructions in this article.Are you installing Quicken into the (recommended) default Program Files folder or some different folder? If installing to a different folder ... that may contribute to the problem.
When done, try reinstalling only the PDF driver portion:
https://www.quicken.com/support/not-able-print-pdf-windows-64-bit-systems5
