Rental Receipt Owner, Phone Number and Address

How do I permanently change the Rental Receipt owner, phone number and address ? Currently it shows my personal information. I rather it go to a PO box.

I was told the only way to do that was to go to "My Account" (Quicken Account sign in) page and change your address there. I didn't want to do that, so I just don't use that function.
