I get an error message when trying to sync to cloud

Quicken Windows Subscription Member ✭✭
Just added a new modem and new router. When I do an update I get an error message the quicken can't sync to cloud.

If you can surf on the Internet, it tells me that your modem and new router work well.
I would suggest to go sign out and sign in your cloud account by clicking on EDIT + PREFERENCES+ "Quicken id, sync & web". Than you go to "sing in as a different user" and you write your informations". It should works.
