How do i get to the Register?

I tried getting the video on How to use quicken without giving bank user id and password. I get: Page is not available. All I want to do is use Register to record and expense to categories. I want to reconcile with bank myself. I have downloaded Quicken Deluxe 2019 for Windows. Can someone help me pleasel

What video were you trying to get to?

I have a you tube link in my notes for adding an account but it doesn't work.

You can add your bank as a manual account by selecting Advanced Setup in blue lettering at the bottom of the screen that asks the name of your bank when creating a new account.
