Ameriprise Error 133?

Is Ameriprise down again? Everytime I try to update I gett an Error 133

Thank you for taking the time to report this error to the Community, although I apologize that you have not yet received a response.
I attempted to add an account with Ameriprise, using fake login credentials to my Quicken data file and also received an error, but not the invalid login error I should have received.
This led me to review the log files and internal communications between Quicken and the Financial Institution where I located the following error which does seem to confirm that the Ameriprise server is currently unavailable.
Please allow up to 48 hrs and attempt to add/update accounts once more. If the error persists, I would recommend contacting the Online Banking team at Ameriprise to report this internal error and provide a copy of your OFX Log which demonstrates this error response.
If needed, the OFX Log may be found in the Help menu > Log Files > OFXLog.txt file.
