web connect express wont download current transactions

I needed to restore my quicken data file (why it became corrupted in another concern). Now my web connect express connects correctly but fails to download current new transactions.

    I used the workaround described by Sarah (thank you) in the alerts section and that seems to have corrected my issue.
    File -> File Operations -> Validate and repair -> Validate file

    It took awhile to run but seems to have fixed my issue. Please read Sarah's post from 8/28/2019 in the "Alerts" section.

    Thanks for responding Greg_the_Geek. Sarah's post (referenced above) in the Alerts section described my issue almost exactly. The workaround seems to have resolved the issue.
