First Tech Federal CU Returning Error Code CC-503

Quicken Windows Subscription Member ✭✭✭✭
Unable to add FTCU to Mobile/Sync. "Error setting up accounts from First Tech Federal Credit Union". Notation says: "Password Error CC-503". I do not have a problem with One Step Update for this account. I've tried several times to get this to work, and now need to find out if someone has a solution.

A number of things you can try after you backup your file:
1. Validate/Repair function and then attempt the connection.
2. Reset the account in "Edit Account Details".
3. Deactivate and reactivate the account in "Edit Account Details".
Start there and see if there is any progress.
