What is going on with Quicken one step update??

I keep getting this message when trying to update my accounts. "Quicken's Online service is unavailable at this time. Please try again later. We apologize for the inconvenience."

What version and Release of Quicken are you using? Are there any other error messages?

Greg, I'm using R21.16 and Build 27.1.21.16 No other error messages.

What are the names of the FI's? Is it happening to all accounts?

I just tried the link you included. After going to preferences and following the instructions, I am able to update!! Thank you for your help.
