How can I sync a Paypal account to Quicken?

Is there a way to connect my Paypal to Quicken? Or how can I enter Paypal money paid and received into Quicken?

From Quicken --> Tools --> Add Account --> Paypal.

@Natureluver Since you're on a Mac, it'll actually be the Accounts menu in the toolbar at the top, then New, then Checking. From the list of financial institutions, search for and select PayPal. You can also get there by clicking the "+" button at the top of the list of accounts in the sidebar on the left, then Checking, then find PayPal in the list of FIs.
