Quicken Error Message OL- 221 A

I receive this error message when trying to import or download a file from my bank, West Virginia Fed Credit Union using Web Connect. I am running Quicken Deluxe 2017, Version R19.7, Build 26.1.19.7. I can use Express Web Connect where it automatically downloads the latest transactions but cannot import a file from the WVFCU.

Typically a OL-221 error when importing a Web Connect file will indicate an error in the downloaded data from the Financial Institution.

If you haven't already, I would recommend contacting Quicken Support for assistance with reviewing the downloaded Web Connect file to locate the root source of the error.
