Can i set up a quarterly payment with a differenct amount each quarter?

If the amounts were the same, yes. Since you want different amounts for each quarter, setup four separate reminders and specify recurring every year if desired.

OR you could setup a single reminder and be willing to change the amount prior to the next quarter.
