No budget appears. I have chosen accounts and catagories.

I am using Quicken Deluxe subscription. I followed all the prompts to set up a budget and nothing appears. I have three months of transactions downloaded from my bank. When I go to the budget tab there are no lines, no amounts. Am I missing something?

    Are all the transactions properly categorized?
    In the Budgets section of the Planning tab have you selected categories to show in budget?
