Qwin VERY large on screen

Not really a windows user. Have Qmac installed on my Mac. Use Parallels and Windows 7 to run Qwin. Just installed Qwin. Qwin is so large I can only see a little of the program. Could someone explain how to fit Qwin to the screen size? thank you
