Corrupt file for installation

I purchased a Windows Subscription this morning for Quicken Deluxe. The program downloaded, but when installation attempted, I receive the following error message: :contents of this file cannot be unpacked. The executable you are attempting to run has been corrupted. Please obtain another copy of the file, verify its integrity and try again."
I downloaded the file again and received the same response.

Any guidance is greatly appreciated.
