Why won't Quicken won't recognize my password

Quicken won't open my file until I provide email and password. It won't recognize my password. Same email and password lets me log in to the Quicken Community (this page). Change password instructions don't work either.

Quicken ID and password are totally separate from Community ID and password.

If that still doesn't help and if you haven't done so already, I'd say it's time to call Quicken Support on the phone and request help.  Let them do a screen share session with you to review the situation on your computer, to determine the nature of the problem and to figure out how to fix it.
