If by "cash tickets" you mean cash transactions, you can do as Volvogirl said and set up a cash account (just call it "cash") and then enter all of the cash transactions you have in that account.

What are cash tickets? Need more details. You can set up a Cash Account.
I'm staying on Quicken 2013 Premier for Windows.
