Are you talking about the account associated with your Quicken ID?

Have you logged on to your account at Quicken.com and verified that all your contact information, credit card numbers included, is up to date?

If you are still having problems, I'd say it's time to call Quicken Support on the phone and request help.  Let them help you get this problem fixed.
