Can't setup download from - Alight Solutions

I keep getting message that Quicken can not connect to update account. do you know about this issue

What version of Quicken ....  Help --> About Quicken 
Just to clarify your topic title.... 
are you having an issue downloading from "Alight Solutions" - 
Have you setup the account in Quicken and are attempting the One Step Update, 
or is this during the Setup Account process - looks like a 401k account
