Quicken will not finish installing on my Windows computer

I've downloaded Quicken for Windows, deleted and downloaded again. Quicken initiates the install but stops. It does not finish the install. i've restarted the laptop but the install stops short of finishing

Previous versions of Quicken may not be completely uninstalled from your computer even if you used Windows Add/Remove program feature.
