How do I get the Budget Tab to show up?

I just installed Quicken Delux. I went to View to select Show tabs. I want to show the Budget tab but there was nothing in Show tabs to select so I could see the Budget tab. How do I get this tab to show up?

    Solved the issue myself! I had to go to the View tab and select Classic Menu.
