I need to enlarge the font size for the Account names and balances, and get the decimal point back on the balance amount.

It's not possible to change the font size yet in the Mac version. See this discussion:

As far as getting cents back on the account balances, I'm assuming you're talking about the account balances in the sidebar. That is possible:
1. Click the three horizontal dots in the upper left of the screen.
2. Choose "Sidebar Balance Options" and then "Show Cents"
