How to Sync between Desktop and mobile?

Quicken Windows Subscription Member ✭✭
Recently installed version R24.11 on W7 Desktop , Now unable to Sync to Cloud. 11 eligible accounts, "Sync Now" button pressed but still receive "not yet synced" message. iPhone App keeps stating "Go to desktop first"

Hi @Susty ,
You need to Sync the Data on the Desktop to the Cloud, not from the Cloud to the Desktop.

Please note that I stated "unable to Sync to Cloud", not "from Cloud". Also stated ""Sync Now" button pressed" and the only place to do this is within the Quicken Program on my desktop. Followed instructions given within Quicken0

Hi @Susty ,
Create a new Dummy Data File, with a simply Cash Account.
On the Desktop with the New Data File, go to Preferences.
Cloud Accounts.
Delete all possible existing Accounts.
Then go back to your regular Data File and try again.
