Why won't all transactions will not download from my bank?

I use Deluxe 2020, Version 5.14.3 (Build 514.31897.100) with macOS 10.15.3. Not all transactions download from my bank. I can't see a pattern to determine if it is a specific type of transaction that doesn't download. The bank is First Natl Bank of Central Texas and I use Quicken Connect. I have contacted the bank and they said they don't provide support for the online version of Quicken. Any suggestions?

    Thank you UKR. I noticed two listings for the bank. One with WC beside it and the other with DC beside it. Since I live in Waco, I assumed WC referred to Waco. Now I realize that DC means Direct Connect. Strange the person at the bank didn't know this solution. I changed and the transactions that had not downloaded and cleared previously downloaded.

    The downloads are still not working after changing to Direct Connect.
