Anyone else having problems downloading from Star One CU? I'm getting:

OL-301-A
Your financial institution has rejected your request. Additional information from Star One Credit Union
- New: Caught Exception in invoke() java.lang.NullPointerException

tried Account Reset:
Quicken could not complete the account reset.
This could be caused by a temporary problem connecting with financial institution or an incorrect password. Please try again

I've tried updating branding & profile in Online Center, but no help.

version R24.14
Build 27.1.24.14

    Wow, I got an answer from Star One (they do have good customer service <3 !)

    "Our developers have identified the connection issue with Quicken. They have implemented a quick patch, which will allow the connection to work but intermittently. The permanent fix will be ready this Thursday 02/13/2020."

    I also have the same problem. Get same error message whether doing a One Step Update or Reset Account.
