Can Quicken Deluxe import my file from Quicken Home & Business?

I've never needed, or used, online banking. ALL I've EVER used is the checkbook!
I bought Home and Business years ago, because it was the best deal at the time, and have the 2016 version now, but am FED UP with the nags to upgrade, and now it's giving me update errors! I HATE the idea of renting, instead of owning software, but no one else makes a good checkbook program that can import Quicken, so...
But I see that Deluxe costs a LOT less, and it appears to be all that I need. But can Quicken Deluxe import my file from Quicken Home & Business?

Yes, it is the same program and database that will keep all your transactions but will turn off access to all H&B related features.
