Can someone address my issue listed below?

Quicken Windows 2017 Member
Using lasted version of Quicken Deluxe since May 2019. Being going well until yesterday. When trying to do an online update I am now getting the error message 'Online services temporarily unavailable please try again in 10 minutes. Have tried 10 times, still not working.

Same issue "Online services temporarily unavailable. Please try again in 10 minutes" ... using version R25.10. Been going on for the last week.5

Please try this:
- Restart Quicken. Do not try to run any OSU or other download function
- Go to Edit / Preferences / Quicken ID, Sync & Alerts
- Click the "Sign in as a different user" link immediately above the "Mobile and Web" group.
- Sign out, then sign back in to your Quicken account using your current (correct) Quicken ID.
6 - Restart Quicken. Do not try to run any OSU or other download function
