How to install a quicken 2016 version from the CD?

After installation, I need to Sign-in with my Intuit ID, and get an error message:
"an unknown error occurred. Please try to connect later"
This had happened since last month ??

Go to: http://www.quicknperlwiz.com/quickenpatches.html
Scroll down and look for Quicken 2016.
Download: Release 19.5 Mondo
Save it , then right-click on it and Run as administrator. Quicken 2016 must be closed to install.
