Updating transactions

Quicken Windows Subscription Member
When I Update Now for new transactions, it says they downloaded but they do not show up in Quicken. Where are they?

If this is an investment account, Quicken separates downloaded investment activities (e.g. dividends, buys & sells, etc.) from interest earned. If this is the case, you may go down to the bottom of your register and find a right-arrow or something similar that will take you to the next downloads.0

This not investment account. Just personal banking account. I went to another computer, put quicken on it, restored a back up and I still cant get my transactions to show up although it says they downloaded.0
