Customizing a report

Select the account and the categories and "Last Year" when customizing, and it indicates no data is found! Help!

    In order to help you, we are going to need some additional information:

    1) What are your Quicken and Windows versions & builds?
    2) Was this the "error message' that you received?

    3) Are you sure that you selected the right date range?
