There are no uncleared items to reconcile
I have seen a couple of items on this but none seem to provide any solution. I am new to the subscription Quicken, I have been using 2013 for years. I select reconcile on a checking account, select reconcile without downloading and immediately get the message there are no uncleared items to reconcile. Looking at the register, there is a whole month of transactions that do not have a flag in the Reconciled column. I am not presented with any option to enter information about the date for reconciliation. If I move the message I do see a gray box that says sorting transactions, but It never goes to the reconcile date page. what do I need to check?
