membership renewal

Hello. I keep getting notification that my membership has expired but I did renew it via credit card on 3/12/2020. Can you please verify this was completed?

You can check Membership status yourself from within Quicken.
Click the Help Menu.
Click Check Membership Status.
Click About Quicken to see the currently recorded status information.
After paying renewal fees, it takes an action from within Quicken to refresh membership information in Quicken. Go to Edit / Preferences / Quicken ID, Sync and Alerts. Click "Sign in as a different user". Sign out, then sign in using the exact same Quicken ID that you used to pay your renewal fees.
