Download Glary Utilities from:
https://www.glarysoft.com/
Run 1-Click Maintenance portion with Disk Repair checked.
File System Errors will slow down the computer.
And I use both Glary Utilities and CCleaner Free.
You might tried reinstalling Quicken Subscription using this procedure:
https://community.quicken.com/discussion/7844658/installing-reinstalling-windows-quicken-subscription-editions
Follow the instructions in the procedure. It eliminates errors using QcleanUi.exe .
Read the instructions before using.
