Why do I see the online login screen behind the window to enter my password at every login?

To fix, you need to do a clean reinstall of Quicken.

Why? There is a bug on the Activation Server, that Quicken can't seem to fix. Only affects users, who are using a File Password.
If you opt out in using a File Password, you won't see the bug or problem. And you won't need to reinstall.
