Can I still process payments through my bank in Deluxe?

I'm thinking about downgrading from Premiere to Deluxe. Q's bill payment limits are ridiculous. I'm able to pay bills through my bank in Quicken. Will I lose that ability if I downgrade?

I have good news for you - if your bank permits you to make payments to vendors through Quicken - you will not lose that ability/feature if you downgrade from Premier to Deluxe.
