Quicken Deluxe 2015

I purchased Quicken Deluxe 2015 for my new computer from an Estate Sale, tried to install this and it says I have an old version of Quicken on my computer, so I went into the control panel and uninstalled, and it still gives me this error message, what can be done to fix this problem

There is a tool called QCLEANUI for removing remnants of old versions of Quicken.

After you install it, You need to install the latest patch/update from here.  Probably will be a Mondo patch.

If you have an older version, One of the SuperUsers has posted the update patches for older versions (2000 and newer) of Quicken

My computer will not install, it says another version of Quicken is currently on my system but I cannot locate
