Install error 1310

I followed instructions posted on this problem. The installation ran successfully. Clicking on the icon does not bring up Quicken. The support line is closed. Please help!

I fixed my problem by running CCleaner on the registry. It found 3 issues related to Quicken. Not sure which one(s) were causing the problem, so I had CCleaner remove all 3.0
