Sign in issues, log in password issue

I am not able to sign into the Desktop version of the windows Home/business edition. The program starts to open normally but the redirects to a sign in page where I am prompted to enter my username and password. It then either does not recognize my password and then locks me out for too many attempts or it just repeatedly asks never allowing me to see or use the program. I am able to use that same user name and password to access the android app, however if I try to access the web version I am told that my account is locked "temporarily" but it has been locked since yesterday. Any suggestions

    Thank you. The "contact support" button doesn't work and the phone number indicates that I need to call during business hours. I will try again on Monday but was hoping for any other suggestions.

    You need to allow pop-ups for the "contact support" button to work.
