How to link State Farm Ins. to e-bill

Every time I try to link State Farm Insurance to an e-bill all I get is an unexpected error has occurred. Any help would be appreciated

Several users have noted problems with State Farm. Supposedly, one user even claimed they got a letter stating they are no longer supporting third party services for security reasons. (I don't know as I don't have State Farm to confirm.)
