Why Do Investing Daily Quotes Not Download Using One Step Update

I have several investment accounts set up. I'm using Quicken for Windows, R27.28, Build 27.1.27.28. Several updates back, the quotes at the end of the market day stopped populating my accounts when I do a One Step Update. In order to get quotes to download, I have to go to my Investing tab, and click on Updates>Quotes. Only then will the quotes populate the investing pages. I've been using One Step Update to get my quotes for ... at least 20 years! What happened?
