When reset cloud lost all security list on my accounts in Mobile ap

All I get is cash values on investment accounts after reset cloud was ok before reset showed all securities in accounts and values

Thank you for posting in the Community though I’m sorry that you are experiencing this issue with the mobile app. If you haven’t already, please try this:
1. Log out of the mobile app.
2. On the desktop, go to the Mobile and Web tab and perform the SYNC function.
3. Log back into the mobile app and select the desired data file
Do you see the securities listed as you did before? Please let us know how it goes.

Actually went back and restart from older date and got it to work. Seems whenever delete and restore from cloud there’s a problem.0
