Yesterday I successfully did one-step update including Chase Bank which had been having problems. today I tried one-step update and Quicken crashed. Now I try to start Quicken, it takes my password, recalculates, then crashes. I cannot get back in.

Try installing Mondo Patch as 1st thing to try.

Try older backup
Next, try file. File operations copy, then validate the copy.
Check if a new data file (just for test) works fine. If yes, you need to find a backup that works, if no, you need to do a clean and complete reinstall0 -
Tried backup from 2 months ago. Same result. I can't even get into the software to get to File Operations.0

Try starting Quicken by holding down the Ctrl key before double clicking the Quicken icon. Hold it until Quicken opens.Quicken Subscription HBRP - Windows 100
