Error CC-800 from Diamond Credit Union - New

Quicken Windows Subscription Member ✭✭
Getting error CC-800 when trying to update Diamond Credit Union data. I tried Quicken's solution (i.e., deactivate all accounts and add account), but it fails--supposedly "unable to connect" to Diamond.

Have you recently restored a backup of your original Data File due to another issue?
Just to clarify, you already deactivated the account, performed a Validate & Repair and attempted to re-link the account (as mentioned in this Article), correct?
If you are still receiving the CC-800 error, the issue may possibly be file-specific.
