One Step Update is not updating or showing current prices for mutual funds Vanguard or Fidelity

Problem started when updating to 27.1.28.10 and had started working correctly after about a week. Problem reoccurred with updates 27.1.28.16 and continues with 27.1.28.18. I Am Running Windows 10 & Quicken Premier 2020 version. I tried the mondo patch and it still does not work. This problem is getting stale and annoying
