This is a notice, once again, that your certificates need to be up to date. selfUpdate.sup has an expired certificate for the Quicken 2020 R28.23 version.

I am not using a browser. I am using the internal Quicken update.
I can download the update, and could probably continue to install it, but the Quicken (publisher) certificate expired in June. It is risky to install software with an expired certificate.0 -

See my previous topic with the same title for pictures and directions on how to see the certificate.
I could install the SW, but will not until the certificate is valid - ensuring the SW came from Quicken.0 -
I wonder because you updated from Quicken 2017 to Quicken Subscription Program, without doing a Clean Install, it did not update the Certificates.
I always do a Clean Install of Quicken Subscription Program and running Quicken in the latest Public Release of Windows 10, now at 64-Bit Build 19041.450.
