Can't email invoices or attachments - Error message

When trying to email invoices from Quicken I get an error message that says I cannot send an attachment with the invoice. When I un-check the box attaching the invoice I then get a message that i cannot send email at all and to check my connection. I am connected and I can send regular e-mail through Outlook. ow do I fix this?

I'm trying to send invoices by email and keep getting a message that says " can't fetch user profile. Check internet connection". I am connected to t he internet. What does this mean and how do I fix it so I can get back to work?0
