Unable to accept transactions

Quicken will not allow me to accept any of my 20 downloaded investment transactions. When I click on any of the individual investments, the Accept and Edit buttons are grayed out. Quicken says that it will walk me through the Wizard program but I am not prompted to do so. Help please. Very frustrating.

    I just ran the Validate and Repair and that fixed my problem.
