I am trying to upgrade

I have tried to upgrade multiple times and it keeps telling I can upgrade my subscriptions when I get closer to my renewal date.

Everything online says I can do it anytime.

Any idea how to fix this situation?

    What exactly are you trying to do ?
    Also - what version are you running now - Starter - Deluxe - Home & Business
    AND - when is your expiration date ?
