Can't see downloaded transactions for one account

All other accounts downloaded transactions are fine. Just one account shows 46 downloaded transactions but they don't appear in the downloaded transactions list - it reports 0 transactions. I can't re-set the account because Q says I have to accept downloaded transactions (sigh). There is a new button at the bottom of the downloaded transaction list that says "Continue=>" but clicking this button does nothing but refresh the empty list.
