Deposits into an external Savings
pryan12
I am working on developing a cash flow report. pretty simple I have my checking account in no problem. The Cash Flow Report is counting deposits to an external savings account as outflows, how do I classify those transactions so they dont count as negative cash flow?

Hi again
@pryan12
,
What category do those transactions have in Quicken? In the Quicken "bank account" that Acorn draws from, the category used for those transfers should be [
name of your Acorn account
].

Hi
@pryan12
,
If you click on the "Gear" icon at the top right of the cash flow report and then click on the "Advanced" Tab, you will see that you can adjust the setting for "Transfers" to exclude them.
Let me know if you have any followups.

hi yes I currently have transfers excluded, but these transactions look like charges from an organization. For reference its Acorns Debits, Acorn automatically takes regular deposits.
